Takedown Requests

Required Information
A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

Incomplete notices will be rejected and the sender notified.
Counter Notifications
If you believe content was removed by mistake, submit a counter notification including:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Identification of the removed content and the URL where it previously appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts
- Your physical or electronic signature

Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge all valid DMCA notices within 72 hours of receipt. Upon verifying a valid claim, we will take appropriate action and notify the affected party.
Abuse of DMCA Process
Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice may expose you to legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. We reserve the right to seek damages from any person who submits a materially false takedown notice.
